A $25 deposit is required to secure every private or semi-private lesson booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your lesson and is not an additional fee.
The deposit is nonrefundable for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. One rescheduling request is permitted when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
If Skate Lessons Chicago cancels a lesson, or if weather conditions make the lesson unsafe, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled lesson or refunded.
