Official Park District Program

Westmont Skateboarding Lessons

Ages 3–5, 5–7, 8–13 · All Wheels Park (inside Diane Main Park)

What to Know

All Wheels Park sits inside Westmont's much larger Diane Main Park, alongside tennis courts, ballfields, and a walking path — plenty for the rest of the family to do while your camper's in class. Our summer program here is a week-long day camp; Fall brings a different format — see below.

Fall 2026 registration: Resident registration opens Wednesday, July 29; Non-Resident registration opens Wednesday, August 5. Ages 5–7 and 8–13 lessons run Sunday mornings, and our Ages 3–5 Intro class runs Friday mornings — a change from the week-long summer camp format.

This is an official Westmont program. Each session below registers directly through the district's own site.

Summer 2026 Sessions

Skateboarding Camp · Ages 7–12

A full week of beginner and intermediate coaching — starting, stopping, dropping in, ollies, basic ramp riding, balance, and tricks, all in a single structured week instead of spread across a season.

Bring something to drink, a snack, a skateboard, and a helmet. Knee, elbow, and wrist guards are strongly encouraged, and helmets and knee pads are required for all participants. Unlike our weekly classes, this camp doesn't include loaner boards — skaters need their own.

Fall 2026 Sessions

The same gentle, confidence-first approach as our other Intro classes — balance, standing on the board, pushing, and simple first tricks, with hands-on help riding small ramps.
